National Ice Cream Day/Month deals in Atlanta

July is National Ice Cream Month and Sunday, July 20, is National Ice Cream Day. Celebrate with these deals:

Atlanta Ice Cream Festival: Head to Piedmont Park on July 26 from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. for the fourth annual Atlanta Ice Cream Festival. Enjoy ice cream as well as health and wellness information. The event is free, the ice cream will cost you. Piedmont Park, 1oth Street and Charles Allen Drive.

Baskin Robbins: From National Ice Cream Month through the end of the year, you can upgrade your double scoop of ice cream with a free waffle cone. The July flavor of the month is  OREO ’N Cake Batter featuring cake-flavored ice cream, OREO cookie pieces and a chocolate cake batter ribbon.

Brusters: Text a selfie of you and your ice cream to 343434 with "BrustersSelfie" for a chance to win free ice cream for a year. If you're not into contests, check your local Brusters for special everyday deals. The location at Camp Creek Marketplace offers two pints for $7 every day of the week, for example.

Carvel: On National Ice Cream Day visit Carvel and get a junior cup or cone with vanilla, chocolate or new soft-serve ice cream made with Ferrero’s Nutella hazelnut spread for 80 cents. The price is in honor of Carvel's 80th anniversary.

Loews Atlanta Hotel’s Bar Eleven: Enjoy cocktails inspired by classic childhood ice cream treats through the end of the month. The specialty cocktails are specially priced at $11.

Monkey Joe's:Visit participating locations on National Ice Cream Day and get discounted admission of $7 and free ice cream cups. Call the location nearest you to confirm participation.
