Early discounts on Final Four fan events

Last week, we learned the 75th Year of March Madness would bring a free concert to Atlanta with top-notch talent including Sting, the Dave Matthews Band, Flo Rida and more. 

This week, the NCAA is offering early deals on several fan events taking place during Final Four weekend. Many of the prices will increase after Sun., Mar. 17 so register now online. Some events are free, but still require registration.

Here's a rundown of events:

Bracket Town Refreshed by Coca-Cola Zero: Get $2 off adult and child tickets ($8 for adults and $4 for youth, military and senior citizens) along with no online ticket fees when you buy before March 18.  This interactive event takes place on Fri., April 5 - April 8 at the Georgia World Congress Center and showcases most NCAA sports including golf, fencing, soccer, football and basketball. Guests will enjoy concerts, POWERADE NCAA Youth Clinics, autograph sessions with some of basketball’s greatest players and from 6 - 8 p.m. on Friday vistors will see the Harlem Globetrotters.

POWERADE 3v3 Tournament: As part of Bracket Town, this event takes place Sat., April 6 and Sun., April 7.Players of any skill level get the chance to participate in their own basketball tournament. Team registration is now open at for males and females ages nine to 36 and up. Early bird registration is $75 per team until March 17. After March 17, registration is $100 per team.

Final Four Dribble Fueled by POWERADE: The Final Four Dribble takes place around the Georgia World Congress Center Sun., April 7 at 11:30 a.m. with 3,200 kids dribbling basketballs to help commemorate the 75th celebration of March Madness. Participating kids get a T-shirt, basketball and free entry into Bracket Town on the day of event. The Final Four Dribble is free, but participants can register online. Onsite registration is also available.

POWERADE NCAA Youth Clinics: On Sat. April 6, three free basketball clinics for youth will be held around the city for children in third through eighth grades (ages 8 to 14).  The locations include the Andrew & Walter Young YMCA, the Villages of Carver YMCA and the Woodruff Athletic Complex at Agnes Scott College. Participants will receive basketball instruction and coaching from NCAA coaches and student-athletes. Register online.

Northwestern Mutual Road to the Final Four 5K: Taking place at 7:30 a.m., Sat., April 6, this 5K road race takes a scenic route through the streets of Atlanta, starting and ending at International Plaza outside the Georgia Dome. The Northwestern Mutual Road to the Final Four5K benefits the Coaches vs. Cancerprogram -- a collaborative effort between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches. Online registration for the Timed 5K is $25 and is $20 for the Untimed 5K Run/Walk.
