Four of the five people who went missing Sunday at a South Georgia mobile home park following the deadly storms that struck the region have been found alive, U.S. Rep. Austin Scott’s office confirmed Monday afternoon.

Authorities were searching for them at the Sunshine Acres Mobile Home Park in Cook County, where seven others were killed. Located about 65 miles southeast of Albany, in Adel, the scene at the mobile home park Sunday was one of extraordinary devastation. At least 20 of the more than 90 trailers in the park were shredded.

Scott, a Republican who represents the area, said he hopes to visit the area with Gov. Nathan Deal Wednesday.

“We need people’s prayers,” Scott said. “We have a lot of families going through a lot of pain and our communities are going to pull together as they always do.”
