A storm system coming ashore in the Pacific Northwest will spread rain over the northern Washington coast tonight , and clouds will extend into Oregon and Idaho. Elsewhere, high pressure will provide clear to partly cloudy skies over California and Nevada. Lows in the upper 40s in the higher mountains of Washington and Oregon to 70s in Southern California.
