Winds have brought temperatures in the 40s.

With 10 mph winds, Atlanta is currently at 46 degrees, but feels like 41, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Atlanta reached its high of 63 degrees at 2 a.m., Channel 2 Chief meteorologist Glenn Burns said.

Temps could drop to the 30s by 11 p.m.

And it will be just as windy Wednesday, Nitz said.

It is expected to stay “sunny, breezy and cool ... (Wednesday),” Nitz said.

Early morning temperatures should be just below freezing, but they are expected to reach 51 by the afternoon.

Rain is not in the forecast until Saturday, when there is a 60 percent chance, Channel 2 reported.

But don’t expect that rain to lower temps. Highs could reach the 60s this weekend, according to Channel 2.
