Sochi Ready For Winter Olympics - Mayor
Sochi mayor Anatoly Pakhomov has declared the host city for the 2014 Winter Olympics is on track to be ready and safe for visitors. Pakhomov told reporters at a Moscow news conference on Friday (January 25) preparations had been an enormous undertaking but the work was beginning to show promising results and that the Olympic committee was satisfied with progress.
