Gordon State player makes miraculous shot
Xavier Habersham, a freshman forward from Dublin, Ga., who plays for the Gordon State College Highlanders in Barnesville, took an inbound pass with 0.7 second on the clock before halftime in a junior college game tonight at Georgia Perimeter College in Decatur and made a stunning field goal. From inside the Georgia Perimeter foul line, Habersham threw a Hail Mary shot on a line and miraculously made it. John Morgo, broadcasting online for Georgia Perimeter, along with sidekick Daniel Bolton, made the call. Georgia Perimeter won the game 70-68.
