White smoke rises on the horizon of Homs after an explosion in Syria. The video, which can not be independently verified, shows parts of the city turned into a wasteland. Millions of Syrians are desperate -- and need help. Many no longer have a place to call home. Rights group say aid has slowed to a trickle because of the violence and red tape. Night footage shows the flames of war as people scramble in the aftermath of an attack.
