Fierce Clashes in Egypt

There were fierce clashes between protesters and police in Egypt's Alexandria on Sunday outside a courthouse where the city's former security director and other officers were being tried over killings during the 2011 uprising. A police van sped towards protesters who threw stones, one of which knocked the helmet off an officer who was standing through the roof of the van.
