"Children, innocent children!" a voice says. Amateur video shows people running and screaming while carrying children, some with blood streaming down their face, from the scene of a purported bombing in Hama province in Syria. Reuters cannot independently verify the content of the video, but Syrian warplanes and troops did pursue a countrywide offensive on Thursday, according to activists and state media.
