The U.S. Senate on Friday voted to approve a spending bill to prevent a government shutdown. As part of that vote, funding was restored for the Affordable Care Act commonly called "Obamacare." The bill now heads to the House where Republican leaders are vowing to reject it setting up a last minute battle in Congress. "To be absolutely clear, we are going to accept nothing as it relates to Obamacare. There's a time and place for everything and this is not that time of place."
