What's your choice: The Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean? Either way, you'll find tremendous fall bargains in both Panama City, Fla., or along the Georgia coastline.

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Bay Point Resort in Panama City has slashed rates as much as 55% on two-bedroom/two bath condo units. Nightly rates of $89 include accommodations for up to eight guests (king in master; two double beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa) along with a fully equipped kitchen and a patio or balcony.

The offer is valid on minimum stays of any two nights from Sept. 6-11, 17-19 or Oct. 1-Nov. 23, including weekends. A full prepayment is nonrefundable.
