Cumberland Island will get disputed vehicle tours

A wild horse grazes on a dirt road on Cumberland Island, Georgia National Seashore. Herds of wild horses run loose on the 17-mile- long island once owned by the Carnegie family and made famous by the wedding of John F. Kennedy Jr. in 1996. The National Park Service will start vehicle tours to the north end of Cumberland Island beginning next year in accordance with a mandate from Congress to increase accessibility in the national seashore area.
