IN THE AIRPORT
Be sure to allow yourself extra time to make it through security. Airport officials recommend arriving two hours early for domestic flights and three hours for international flights. If the nation's terror alert status is elevated, you may need to allow time for your vehicle to be searched.
After you check your bags, follow signs to the security checkpoint, then to the underground Automated People Mover or moving sidewalk. Exit the train at the concourse for your flight's departure.
For more information, see the airport's Web site, www.atlanta-airport.com. It provides parking information, security requirements and wait times, arrivals and departures, and a map of the airport.
