Airfare rates to Buenos Aires, Argentina, inclusive of a $130 fuel surcharge, are $813 with American Airlines on trips started Feb. 1 and completed by May 23. This rate allows trips any day without advance notice; stay any three nights and return within a month of departure. Buy by Friday.
