British Airways offers 2-night hotel stay in Europe for free

Planning a trip across the pond this spring? Let British Airways treat you and your travel companion to two free hotel nights in your choice of London, Athens, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Prague, or Rome.

To qualify, purchase a round-trip BA ticket to Europe on trips started on or after March 23 and through May 24. You can stay from one weekend up to a year.

This special offer requires a one-week advance notice of travel.

Round-trip sale rates shown here are based on travel in both directions on Mondays-Wednesdays. Add $30 more each way for other combinations of days.

Base rates are $600 to London and $666 to all other destinations. To these rates, add approximately $366 in taxes, fees and surcharges to London; to $395 to all other destinations. Prices vary based on your final destination. Rates can be combined for an open-jaw trip. For example, you can fly into Amsterdam and return from Paris.

And if mainland Europe is your final stay, you can choose to take a free stopover option in London (hotel stay not included). This option must be determined at the time of ticket purchase.

The two free hotel night offer is based on two persons sharing a room. Solo travelers are entitled to only one free night. Many three- and four-star hotels are available on this offer!

If you are set on traveling to Europe during the peak summer months, this sale is also valid on May 25-Sept. 2 departures.

For London, base round-trip rates are $900; $984 to all other destinations. Follow the same rules as above. And remember to add in all of those extra fees of about $350!
