Feed your head on one special evening at the Atlanta Civic Center theater on March 19 at 7:30 p.m. The “Mysteries of Tutankhamun Revealed” is hosted by Dr. Zahi Hawass, the Secretary General of Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities.
This real-life Indiana Jones will discuss the importance of Tutankhamun?s life, the theories about his death, and the latest news about excavations in Egypt.
Zahi Hawass’ career as an archaeologist has spanned three decades and yielded many spectacular discoveries, including the Valley of the Golden Mummies and the tombs of the pyramid builders at Giza.
During the special evening, Dr. Hawass will reveal new secrets discovered at the pyramids and detail his search for the tomb of Cleopatra and Mark Anthony.
Enjoy a special ticket offer for the King Tut exhibit and lecture for one price of $23.
The $23 price covers two tickets to Dr. Hawass’ lecture and two tickets to the King Tut exhibit, which features 50 objects from the tomb of Tutankhamun including his gold sandals — and 80 other ancient artifacts that highlight many of the most significant rulers of ancient Egypt.
You can use the exhibit tickets any day through May 17. But the evening with Dr. Hawass is held only one night — on March 19 at the Atlanta Civic Center theater, located at 395 Piedmont Ave.
