Thrashers’ Hainsey prepares for Olympics

Thrashers defensman Ron Hainsey was one of 34 players invited to USA Hockey’s Olympic Men’s orientation camp.

The camp, which will be held Aug. 17-19 near Chicago, is to assist in the preparation of the 2010 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey team that will compete at the Vancouver Olympics in February.

Hainsey was also a member of Team USA in the recently completed World Championships in Switzerland.
