As President Obama addresses the Morehouse College Class of 2013 Sunday, Genarlow Wilson will be there to receive his sociology degree. Wilson, now 27, was convicted in 2005 for having consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old classmate. He was 17 at the time and his sentence drew international headlines. The Ga. Supreme Court overturned it, calling it cruel and unusual. The state legislature also made the law he was convicted of a misdemeanor rather than a felony.
