The sun was again shining over East Lake Golf Club Thursday morning, hours before the start of the Tour Championship. The last two days of good weather have been a welcomed respite from the 10-plus inches of rain that hit the area earlier this week.

The tournament is set to begin with opening ceremonies this morning. The first round will begin with the pairing of Jerry Kelly and John Senden at 11:45 a.m. Tiger Woods and Steve Stricker, the final pairing, will tee off at 2:05 p.m.

The 30 golfers in the field are competing for the FedEx Cup title and the $11.35 million that goes with it.
