Atlanta Braves third baseman Brandon Phillips tossed dirt in the face of Miami Marlins outfielder Marcell Ozuna during Sunday’s game at SunTrust Park.

As Ozuna was rounding the bases on a three-run home run in the first inning, Phillips tossed a handful of red clay directly into Ozuna's face.

Ozuna swatted the dirt away from his face before he rounded third.

The Braves went on to lose Sunday’s game 4-1 and fall short of the series sweep.

Here’s a closer look at Ozuna’s reaction.
