What to watch
Georgia has never defeated Illinois, with the Illini holding a 5-0 record against the Bulldogs.
Georgia G Vincent Williams (unspecified) and Thompkins (wisdom tooth) missed practice time this week with injuries, but both should play Saturday.
At 6-foot-10, Thompkins is tied for the team lead in free-throw percentage at 82.8 percent (24-for-29) and is 6-for-12 on 3-point attempts
All five Illini starters are in double figures, averaging between 13.5 and 10.9 points.
Illinois has scored at least 70 points and had at least 15 assists in each of its eight wins.
