Georgia moved up in the college football polls released Sunday.

The Bulldogs climbed from No. 21 to No. 18 in the Associated Press media poll and from No. 17 to No. 14 in the USA Today coaches' poll after beating Arizona State on Saturday night.

Georgia Tech, which was unranked last week, moved back into the AP poll at No. 25 after Saturday's victory over North Carolina. The Yellow Jackets are unranked in the coaches' poll again this week.

Florida, Texas and Alabama remain the top three teams in both polls, in that order, but the rest of the rankings were shaken up considerably following a weekend that saw four top-10 teams defeated.

LSU, which plays at Georgia on Saturday, moved from No 7 to No. 4 in both polls despite a close call at Mississippi State. LSU won 30-26 to remain unbeaten.

LSU and Georgia were among 15 teams to move up or down at least three spots in the AP poll this week.
