Sideline Report for Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Here’s five things to know on Tuesday:

1. Hawks, Wizards series tied, 2-2

The Hawks defeated the Wizards 111-101 in Game 4 on Monday night at Philips Arena. Mark Bradley writes the Hawks appear to have enough going right to win the series, but because of big games in the past, he can't be sure with the Hawks. The series will return to Washington, D.C. for Game 5 on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and then to Atlanta for Game 6 on Friday.

2. Braves to play Mets

After losing six-straight, the Braves (6-12) will begin a three-game series at the New York Mets on Tuesday. Tuesday's game begins at 7:10 p.m. from New York's Citi Field.

3. Georgia fires gymnastics coach

Georgia fired gymnastics coach Danna Durante on Monday. The next hire will be Georgia's third gymnastics coach since Suzanne Yoculan retired. Seth Emerson reports a source has confirmed the news, but the university has not announced the news yet.

4. Atlanta United sells out D.C. United match

Atlanta United returns home to Georgia Tech's Bobby Dodd Stadium to play D.C. United on Sunday at 3 p.m. Doug Roberson reports the game, like other Atlanta United home games, is sold out. Roberson also releases his weekly MLS Power Poll

5. Yellow Jackets in NFL Draft

With the 2017 NFL Draft two days away, Ken Sugiura looks at Georgia Tech defensive linemen Patrick Gamble and Francis Kallon after both visited the Pittsburgh Steelers last week. Kicker Harrison Butker is also going through the Draft process.
