Seventy-two percent of professional golfers surveyed by Sports Illustrated think Tiger Woods’ days of winning major titles are over.

In an anonymous survey conducted by Sports Illustrated, PGA Tour stars were asked if they thought Woods would win another major title. While 72 percent said "no," 16 percent answered "yes," 8 percent were hopeful, and 4 percent remained uncertain.

The survey also asked Woods’ peers if the four-time Masters Champion would win another Tour event. The majority, 66 percent, said “yes,” while 28 percent said “no.” The remaining 6 percent remained hopeful that Woods would pick up another win before he retires.

The questions were to the golfers asked before Woods withdrew his name in February from the Dubai Desert Classic.

Tiger recently released a book titled "The 1997 Masters: My Story," detailing his first win at Augusta National. He has yet to confirm whether he will take part in this year's event April 6-9.
