Tech No. 7 in BCS

Georgia Tech improved three spots to No. 7 in the BCS standings released Sunday.
The Yellow Jackets (9-1) are the highest-ranked one-loss team in the nation.
Tech will play Duke at noon Saturday in Durham, N.C. A win and the Jackets will play for the ACC championship in Tampa on Dec. 5.
Florida was No. 1 in the BCS, followed by Alabama, Texas, Texas Christian, Cincinnati and Boise State.
Tech moved up courtesy of its 30-27 overtime win against Wake Forest on Saturday, along with losses by Iowa, Oregon and LSU, which were all top-10 teams last week that were beaten on Saturday.
