The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Georgia Tech's men's basketball team will venture north to play two Canadian college teams in October.
The Jackets, who return 10 letterwinners from last year's 12-19 team, will play the University of Windsor on Oct 3 at 7 p.m., the University of Western Ontario on Oct. 4 at 3 p.m. and the University of Windsor again on Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. All three games in the Canadian exhibition tournament will be played at the St. Denis Centre on the Windsor campus.
The NCAA allows teams to take one international exhibition tour every four years. Teams may also practice 10 times on campus before the tour. Tech will begin practice on Sept. 19.
The Jackets haven't been on an international tour since playing in France in 1991.
Tech's 2009-10 schedule will be announced next week.
