The Georgia Swarm professional lacrosse team and Dickey Broadcasting Company signed a one-year deal Monday.

The deal will deliver the first-ever professional lacrosse radio broadcasts in Georgia.

All of Georgia Swarm’s home games will air live on 1230AM/106.3FM The Fan 2 and stream online at 1230thefan2.com.

"We've seen great results in partnering with 680 The Fan, and adding live broadcasts of Swarm home games on The Fan 2 will only increase our footprint in the metro Atlanta area," Swarm co-owner and president Andy Arlotta said in a statement. "We've really enjoyed working with the management staff and on-air talent of 680 The Fan, and their support during our championship season was instrumental in our success. Our partnership continues to evolve and this broadcast deal is exciting not only for the Swarm, but also for fans wanting to follow this championship team more closely."

The Georgia Swarm begins its season with two road games in December.
