Georgia State men's basketball exhibition game Tuesday

The Georgia State men's basketball team tips off its season Tuesday with an exhibition game against Shorter College at the Georgia State Sports Arena.

The Panthers return three starters from last year's team that finished 12-20 and eighth in the Colonial Athletic Association, including preseason all-CAA second-team guard Joe Dukes.

GSU starts its regular season Nov. 12 at N.C. State. Tipoff time Tuesday is 7 p.m.
