Georgia State announces 2010 football schedule

Panthers open 2010 season at Ga. Dome, end with road game at SEC power Alabama

In a packed campus ballroom, Georgia State announced its football schedule for its inaugural season in 2010. The team will play its first game one year from Wednesday, at the Georgia Dome against Shorter College.

Athletics director Cheryl Levick also told the crowd that the school will field a marching band and also revealed a new logo.
