Dream's Holdsclaw day-to-day after knee surgery

Dream leading scorer Chamique Holdsclaw had arthroscopic knee surgery on her right knee and is listed as day-to-day. She did not make the trip to Detroit for the Dream's WNBA game Thursday.
Holdclaw had the surgery on Tuesday. She missed the Dream's last two games with soreness in the knee. Holdclaw is averaging 13.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists.
The Dream are locked in a playoff battle with seven games remaining in the regular season. Six of their final seven games, including Thursday, are on the road. The Dream are currently second in the Eastern Conference. The top four teams in each conference qualify for the playoffs.
