Eric Carlton of Atlanta figured UCLA was going to win the NCAA title. Kansas proved him wrong, of course, but Carlton got enough things right to win ajc.com's NCAA bracket contest for 2008.
Carlton, who had the Bruins beating Kansas in title game, got 50 of the 63 tournament games correct (scoring is based on one point for each game, regardless of round). Carlton wins two tickets to the Braves-Dodgers game April 19 at Turner Field. (Our other contest, Mark Bradley's Final Four Fiasco, finished last week. Read about it here.)
