• Description: Ideal tee shot on this downhill, right-to-left dogleg is to the right side of fairway for better approach away from greenside bunkers. Downslope lies promise to be more common, with drives stopping on the two "Hogan Shelves." Tiered green slopes from front-to-back with sharp drop-off.

• History: This was the beginning of the end for Greg Norman in 1996. His short approach shot on Sunday spun off the front of the severe green and back down the hill into the fairway. A bogey resulted. Norman proceeded to lose a six-shot lead with a closing 78. He lost by five strokes to Nick Faldo, who had a 67. It was Faldo's third title.
