How to build a high school sports program from scratch

Coach Mike Cloy directs his players at the Forum Athletic Club in Johns Creek where his team practices until their facility is ready. Cloy seems to specialize in building high school football programs for scratch. He started Centennial’s football program in 1997, and now he’s back at it again, opening John’s Creek High School this year.
