The Hawks added to their roster by signing two free agents that participated in the team's minicamp and summer league.
Thomas Gardner, a 6-foot-5 guard, and Othello Hunter, a 6-8 forward, signed non-guaranteed contracts on Monday.

Gardner, who general manager Rick Sund described as "a solid shooter with range," averaged a team-high 16.3 points in the Rocky Mountain Revue. The University of Missouri product played in five games last season with Chicago, averaging 5.3 points. He has also played in Belguim.
Hunter was an undrafted rookie from Ohio State. He averaged 13.2 points and a team-high 6.2 rebounds in summer league play.
