Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson plans to use some of the extra practice time before the New Year’s Eve Chick-fil-A Bowl to work on the passing game, specifically Run ‘n’ Shoot elements.

“There’s a lot of areas of the offense we’re not very adept at running,” he said Monday. “We’ve got to improve in the passing game some … I’m talking about every facet, from routes to coverages to protection to hot receivers, the whole nine yards.
