Fourth Jacket to transfer since Johnson's arrival
Offensive lineman says option doesn't fit his skills

Published on: 04/29/08

Georgia Tech offensive lineman Trey Dunmon said he plans to transfer, most likely to Georgia Southern, where he would be eligible to play as a junior this fall. Dunmon, who played in 10 games in 2007, said he wanted to play in an offense better suited to him than the option-oriented one installed by new Tech coach Paul Johnson. Dunmon, who can play center and guard, practiced mostly with the second-team line this spring. He will be the fourth player to transfer since Johnson took over.
