Falcons sign six players to practice squad

The Falcons signed six players to the practice squad Sunday. The also claimed defensive tackle Jason Jefferson off waivers and released defensive tackle Tim Anderson.

The Falcons practice squad this season will consist of nine players, which includes wide receiver Noriaki Kinoshita who serves as the International practice squad player. Six of the eight remaining players signed are seventh-round draft pick tight end Keith Zinger, wide receiver Eric Weems, offensive lineman D’Anthony Batiste, defensive backs Glenn Sharpe and Eric Brock and defensive end Brandon Miller.
