Falcons linebacker Michael Boley signed his restricted-free-agent contract tender with the team, the Falcons announced Wednesday night. Terms of the deal were not announced. The signing takes Boley off the free-agent market.
The Falcons had placed a first-round tender on Boley before the free-agency period began Feb. 29, which meant that Boley could seek offers from other teams, but the Falcons would get a first-round pick in this month's draft if they refused to match any offer.

Last season, Boley had a career-high in tackles with 125 to go with three sacks, seven passes defensed and two interceptions.
