Pitcher Tim Hudson had to leave Sunday's game in the seventh inning with a strained left hamstring. Hudson had just made a pitch to Edwin Encarnacion when he came up hobbling. He will be re-evaluated Monday in Atlanta.
Six batters later, reliever Blaine Boyer had to come out of the game with an undisclosed injury. Manager Bobby Cox and assistant trainer Jim Lovell came onto the field after Boyer finished awkwardly on a pitch to Brandon Phillips.

Boyer injured his right knee. Doctors told Boyer after the game there was no structrual damage but he was scheduled for an MRI Monday in Atlanta.
He was replaced by reliever Royce Ring with a runner on and nobody out in the bottom of the seven, with the Reds holding a 3-2 lead. Hudson had pitched six innings and given up homers to Adam Dunn and Jay Bruce. He was charged with four runs on the day.
