Chipper listed in Monday lineupThird baseman slated to start after quad strain
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Published on: 04/21/08
Chipper Jones, who left Sunday's game with a strained right quadricep, was listed in the Braves starting lineup posted Monday afternoon. Jones was scheduled to bat third and play third base.
Jones was questionable for Monday night's series opener against Washington after re-aggravating the leg injury suffered earlier this month in Colorado. Jones said he would wait until later Monday to determine if he would play.
