C.T. - Absolutely on point. As a proud SWD alum and football player, that’s what the end goal has always been for Buck Godfrey and the staff at SWD - build and maintain a high caliber program, develop the players’ talent and knowledge of the game, and emphasize academics so that the players can take advantage of scholarship opportunities as means to pay for college. Playing football in high school is fun, but it is also a window of opportunity to greater things in life.
