Heritage junior cornerback Garry Peters picked up offers from Tennessee and East Carolina on Monday, assistant coach Chris Pack said.
The 6-foot, 173-pounder now has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, South Carolina, Central Florida, Maryland, East Carolina and Tennessee. Peters attended Junior Day at Georgia.
“He is an athlete,” Heritage defensive coordinator Andy Szatkowski said. “Most schools are recruiting him as a cornerback, but he could play many positions like safety, wide receiver and returning kicks.”

Peters likes the Vols since he can play for a real defensive coach.

UGAfraid, you mean the coach’s dad? How sweet of his son to spend a lot of money on his dad. Obviously he wasn’t too honored to coach with his son or else they wouldn’t have had to sell the farm just to pay him.
