RB Wilson signs with Hokies

Hokiesports.com reported George Washington High School (VA) running back David Wilson signed a letter of intent with Virginia Tech. Wilson, a superb athlete who is the reigning NIKE Indoor Champion in the triple jump, ran for 4,246 yards and 55 touchdowns in less than three high school seasons.

“(Virginia Tech) made him feel real comfortable (and) he was looking for an opportunity to play in some big-time bowl games and the opportunity to play for a national championship,” said Wilson’s high school coach, Dan Newell.
