Nation’s top WR focused on Ala., LSU, Okla.

Bastrop (La.) receiver Reuben Randle didn’t take the anticipated visit to Auburn over the weekend, and his coach, Brad Bradshaw, said the Tigers didn’t seem to be part of the equation for the player scout.com has rated No. 1 at his position.

That one of few certainties about Randle’s plans national signing day.

“I asked him if he planned on signing with the other ones at 12:30,” said Bradshaw, who has two other Division I recruits who will sign today. “He said he would.”

Teammate Josh Downs, a nose guard, is committed to LSU, while D.D. Jones, who earlier committed to Michigan, is now considering Arkansas and Tennessee along with the Wolverines.

Randle told the Bastrop Enterprise Tuesday that he’d narrowed his choices to LSU, Alabama and Oklahoma, and that he would talk it over with his parents. Tuesday night. “Hopefully, I’ll sign,” he told the paper. “I’m going to try my best to, anyway.”

Hope he signs with the crimson tide, but the LSU people would make his life terrible if he signed with Bama or OU!!
