Jordan Luallen, of Center Grove High (Ind.), signed with Georgia Tech today to play quarterback. Here’s a little bit more about this new Jacket in the recruiting Class of 2009. Welcome him to The Flats with congratulations below in our “Comments” area.
Why he likes Tech: “The first time I went down there I fell in love with the campus. All of the coaches are real special. The thing that sticks out is how every coach I encountered gave me a reason why I should go to Georgia Tech. Being in a big city like Atlanta, there are a lot of great opportunities. Athletically, I’d like to go out there and make the Yellow Jacket nation proud. I want to put myself in the best situation to succeed on and off the field, and give the Yellow Jacket fans a lot to be excited for the next four years.”

Jordan needs to get on Tech’s campus as soon as possible so he can get acclimated - the competition level he is accustomed to pales in comparison to what he will be facing in not only in the ACC but on the GT squad - he’s in for a rude awakening so the sooner he can get his feet wet the better

Congratulations Jordan, the Georgia Tech nation looks forward to seeing you succeed in Atlanta both on and off the field. I have recently lived/worked in Indianapolis and I can tell you that Indy is great but Atlanta is on a whole other level. Congratulations again!
