Cedar Grove tailback William Pratcher chose Middle Tennessee State over Boston College and committed to the Blue Raiders during an official visit.
“BC never really showed me that they really wanted me,” the 5-foot-9, 185-pound tailback said. “Middle Tennessee did.”
Pratcher said he contacted the coaches at BC to notify them of his decision. “They wished me the best,” he said.
Pratcher had offers from Boston College, Middle Tennessee and North Carolina A&T State. He is still taking an official visit to NC A&T next week. “If I like it there I could possibly change my decision, but right now my mind is made up,” he said.
