WOW!!!! Two more highly rated recruits for cpj and the nerd herd…NOT!!!

Come on down to the hood boys…you will even have a slim chance to go to a major bowl while there!! Slim…but at least a chance…after all it has only been 42 years since GT went to a major bowl.

And there will be upwards of 40,000 at Booby Dudd on Saturdays. You need to need our fans travel extremely well for bowl games…as long as it is inside the perimeter.

Oh yeah…almost forgot…if we get lucky and have a really good year…like say 9-4 you get a ring…even if we get beat down really bad in our bowl game..you get a ring anyway!!!

Get you facts straight tool. GT HAS NOT BEEN TO A MAJOR BOWL SINCE 1966. PERIOD!!!

The year you were voted 1/2 a national championship you played a down Nebrasks team with their QB out hurt. In what was at the time called the Citrus Bowl, which never has been considered a major bowl.

And so that you will have not have to research it…GT’s current recruiting class is ranked 27th by Scout.com and 45th by Rivals.com. The staff at GT says they are concentrating their efforts in Ga., however the best kid thay have a verbal from in Ga. is ranked in the 20’s. According to GT’s won websire they have one verbal from a 4 star. The rest are 3;s and 2’s.

And as for your house divided…congrats…I would not marry one of those fat nerdy females at tech either…most of your choices there would be of middle eastern and asian descent anyway!!!

And the players CPJ is recruiting are players to fit the option system, and are not always top recruits for other systems. He is signing players that fit what he is trying to do. I would give him the benefit of the doubt, since he took a team that was picked to go 3-9, and went 9-3, beat UGAG at home, and went 2-1 against the SEC. So it doesnt look like all those top recruiting classes has done UGAG any better than our average classes have. It doesnt matter what you are ranked, it matters what happens on the field. You guys should now that, PRE-SEASON #1, what a joke!

I guess I would too with my best players bolting to the NFL, preseason #1 but couldn’t stay there after one game, not showing up in your three biggest games, Florida blowing you out by 30+ and winning the national championship again, 11 players arrested in the offseason, uncertainty at QB, and losing to Tech. But hey, at least Tennessee and Auburn are down, so you should have another 10 win season. And maybe even you’ll be able to keep the Florida game close.

As far as Tech recruiting, 16 out of the 20 commits also have SEC offers so why do you people keep posting crap. And also, Reuben Houston a drug lord and OutKast gangsta rappers???? Haha, thanks for the laugh.

I don’t have anything good to say about my underachieving, THuga team, so I talk trash about the best school/team in the state. Im 19 and think im so tough and smart b/c I follow recruiting. I like to give you TECHIES a hard time b/c I know that i will never get a good job with my HORTICULTURE degree. I know that I will never leave athens (like so many uga grads) and will just end up working as a bar tender b/c 83.5% of grads from uga stay in athens, and make less than $38,750 a year. Look it up.

He hooked up with this girl and she did not stop him..but then tried to say he raped her. The court saw through the lies and what makes you think you know any better. a diploma from Georgia Tech is respected around the country and world. Football is entertainment and that’s it. Georgia Tech alumni like to win, but are not willing to admit anyone with any grades and questionable character just to win and that is why Tech people look down on the Georgia program. a diploma from Georgia Tech is respected around the country and world. Football is entertainment and that’s it. Georgia Tech alumni like to win, but are not willing to admit anyone with any grades and questionable character just to win and that is why Tech people look down on the Georgia program. It’s pathetic to stoop to any level to win a meaningless (unless you have no life) college football game, especially when you still don’t win.

I am not going to sit here and argue the standards between thugs of one school and another. Any fans who think that their teams are great community guys is an idiot. I am going to comment on anyone who sits here and tries to argue the academics side of it for ONE REASON. UGA FANS 75% of ya’ll have no connection to Georgia any way at all so stop acting like you know what the school is like because YOU DIDNT GO THERE. Other than that for people who don’t know. Tech has NEVER had a great recruiting program because its hard to tell a guy who barely graduates high school to come to a school where he can’t major in LAWN CARE MANAGEMENT..RECREATIONAL SPORTS…and other prestigous majors offered at Georgia. Quick question for you. Why is Tech losing so many recruits to SEC schools if they ONLY recruit STUDENT ATHLETES? I mean, using your logic all these STUDENT ATHLETES that Tech goes after should only be considering the Ivy Leagues, but instead these STUDENT ATHLETES are chosing to go the SEC instead.

Funny that when a recruit goes to Tech they are STUDENT ATHLETES, but if they go to another school they are then “thugs.” Tech hypocrite is as pathetic as it hilarious.

Could it be that most SEC athletes can not get it in or maintain the grades they would need for GT. I’m not bashing, not everybody is cut out for the academics at tech ie.. Green. Look at Fla. their SAT scores are 324 points lower than the average students. That kind of says something about the mighty SEC. Oh and UGA GT’s sorry 2 and 3 star athletes ran all over your top 5 recruiting class.

Comparing UGA and GT academically is a waste of time. Everyone knows which school is better for undergrads.

As for football, Tech is on the rise and UGA is falling fast. I think we (GT) have found a pretty good coach to keep us in the mix year in and year out. The triple option works with all the right pieces. We have the QB, RB’s and WR in place. We need the OL, and our “high school offense” will be tough to stop. Our WR actually block, which turns our 10 yard runs into 30+ yard runs. Our defense is another story, so our offense will have to score to keep pace.

UGA, it will take them a few years to get back. Next year, they will undoubtedly struggle. They’ll always have the recruiting classes and NFL talent, but they seem to never do enough with the players to make the leap. They lost badly to UF this past year, next year it will take a miracle for them to lose by less than 20. Their fans get a bit fickle though, and every random person in the state of Georgia roots for UGA. They can have them though.

So next year when GT not only loses to a “struggling” UGA, but fails to even win their divison, what will be your excuse?

Took Richt 8 years to lose his first game to an ACC team. Johnson did it in year one in his own backyard. Richt won the SEC in his second season. A feat Johnson will not do in his.

Done homework but it sure is enjoyable beating you as….es with recruits such as this. Sounds like Tech does a better job with the talent they are getting. You can claim whatever you want but National Champions in 1990.
Hey get over it you’ll be state champions again if you are not too old. Georgia can’t win anything with constant top ten talent

Tech did beat UGA, but got extremely lucky. On that day, UGA couldn’t tackle to save their lives. Most of the time they were in position, just didn’t execute.

Until Tech can consistently recruit the players that UGA is going after, they will only win once every 8 years. I think CPJ is hopeful, and maybe this class will shape up well.

The Text books at tech are completely different that those at UGAg. For example Calculus 1101 at Ugag is a much easier form than the two terms of scientific calculus taught at Tech. An ALL athletes must pass both terms at Tech. UGA offers Degrees in Food Science, Poultry Science, Livestock Management and other not as smart as a 5th grader classes.

However if yo do manage to get a law degree at UGag, you can represent al the arrest drunk athletes that we read about in the Athens Banner Harold and the AJC

409’ rushing = 45 on the board. Only three teams ran up a big score on the Athens getto thugs; Alabama, Florida, and Georgia Tech.

You even lost to our pitiful (men’s) basketball team. Oh our women beat your women too. Some athletes go to a school where you can get a real education. Athletes go to UGag for the partying and the free ride. Flight 409 took off from Sanford and Son stadium and landed 45 points later.

Mark Richt is a fine man, a Christian, and a very good coach. What a shame so many of the ball players get in trouble off the field. Underage drinking arrests are in the paper all the time. However, rarely is a Tech player arrested. Maybe one every 4 or five years. UGag ahd twelve arrested in one year!
