Gainesville junior receiver Tail-er Jones has been invited to attend today’s national championship trophy presentation at Florida.
Jones, who holds a dozen scholarship offers from programs such as Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Miami, Ole Miss, Ohio State and South Carolina, hopes the Gators will offer him following this afternoon’s ceremony.
“An offer from Florida would be great,” Jones said. “I’ll just have to wait and see.”
Jones and his father began driving to Gainesville, Fla. late Saturday.
