Georgia Tech’s 2010 targets shine at all-star combine

A pair of Georgia Tech junior prospects, Jefferson County cornerback Barry Bostic and M.L. King running back Mack Brown, turned in impressive workouts over the weekend.

Bostic was named to the all-combine team at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio.

“This means a lot,” Bostic said. “It means I’m headed to where I want to be. But I’ve still got a lot of work to do.”

Brown posted one of the fastest times in the 40-yard dash at the Under Armour All-American combine.

“It’s going great,” Brown said Sunday afternoon from Orlando. “I ran a 4.38 in the 40.”

Both players have been invited to junior day at Georgia Tech on Jan. 31.

“This means a lot,” Crenshaw said. “It means I’m headed to where I want to be. But I’ve still got a lot of work to do.”

What does Crenshaw have to do with this story?

I really hope Barry and Mack come to the Flats. Maybe we should send them free copies of our sweet rings that we made without winning a championship of any kind? Or maybe we can make some rings with their names on it and hs jersey numbers? Or maybe we can make some nice rings for their mothers?

Jeff Hood,

Does this mean that these recruits are all top 10 recruits like the LB that you said chose Tech over UGA whom was not even on the UGA board.
